Registered Agent Requirement
Wyoming requires a registered agent with a physical Wyoming office address (Wyo. Stat. § 17-29-113). Your registered agent must be:
- A Wyoming resident individual
- A domestic or foreign business entity authorized to transact business in Wyoming

Ongoing Compliance Obligations
