How to Withdraw an LLC from New York

Before You Withdraw

Resolve all outstanding obligations before filing:

After Withdrawal

Your LLC loses authority to operate in New York immediately upon approval. You cannot conduct business, sign contracts, or hold property in the state. Members and creditors retain rights under N.Y. Ltd. Liab. Co. Law §§ 301–302.
